RETURN POLICY
Anatolia Beads operates internationally and all products are handmade.
For this reason, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS for any orders.
Once an order is placed, it enters our production queue and cannot be canceled or changed.
Instead of returns, we include EXTRA PRODUCTS in every shipment whenever possible.
These extra pieces act as backup in case of minor breakage during international transit.
If the number of damaged pieces exceeds the included extras, we will record it
and COMPENSATE THE DIFFERENCE IN YOUR NEXT ORDER.
