Are your products fully handmade?
Yes. Every piece is shaped individually by hand over an open flame without molds, presses, or industrial forming machines.
Will every item look exactly the same?
No. Because they are handmade, slight differences in shape, size, color tone, and texture are natural and part of the product’s authenticity.
Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we produce in small or large quantities. Production time and pricing may vary depending on the order size.
Are the colors exactly the same as shown in the photos?
Colors are very close to the images, but small tonal changes may occur due to hand-crafting, lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Are the products durable?
Yes, our glass is strong and long-lasting when used properly. However, like all glass items, it may break if subjected to impact, pressure, or falling.
What happens if items arrive damaged?
We add complimentary extra pieces to every shipment. If the damage exceeds the extra items provided, please contact us so we can assist accordingly.
Can I request a custom size or design?
Yes, custom work may be available depending on feasibility and order quantity. Feel free to contact us with your idea.
How long does production take?
Typically between 2–10 business days, depending on quantity and product type. Larger orders require extra time.
