The person who completes the order through the Seller’s website/platform.

  1. Subject of the Agreement
    This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on
    Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of
    the products ordered electronically from the Seller’s website.
  2. Product Information
    Product details, quantity, color, specifications, and price are as indicated on the order confirmation
    page and invoice.
    All Anatolia Beads products are handmade glass items, and minor variations, bubbles, micro-lines,
    and natural handmade traces are considered normal and not defects.
  3. Orders and Production
    Products are made to order.
    Production begins only after the Buyer completes payment.
    The Seller will inform the Buyer of the estimated production and delivery schedule.
  4. Delivery
    Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer via international or domestic shipping
    carriers.
    Shipping fees, customs charges, taxes, and import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the Buyer
    unless otherwise stated.
  5. Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
    Because all items are handmade and produced specifically per order, the Seller does not accept
    returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once production has begun.
    Damaged Items:
    If products are damaged during transportation, the Buyer must notify the Seller with photos/videos
    within 48 hours.
    Anatolia Beads includes extra spare pieces in every shipment.
    If the number of damaged pieces exceeds the number of spares, compensation will be applied in
    the Buyer’s next order.
    No monetary refund is issued for damaged items.
  6. Buyer Responsibilities
    The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information, paying customs fees, and checking the
    package upon delivery.
  7. Seller Responsibilities
    The Seller must produce and ship the ordered products, provide tracking information, and handle
    production defects (normal handmade characteristics excluded).
  8. Force Majeure
    Events such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, customs delays, strikes, and unavoidable
    logistical problems are considered force majeure.
  9. Governing Law
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
  10. Acceptance
    By placing an order, the Buyer accepts all terms of this Agreement.
